1 - 90-minute virtual private coaching session

Together, we’ll create manageable, small action steps with momentum towards sustainable routines that support your vision of well-being to help you feel balanced, grounded, and in control.
Providing consistent progress and personalized support, while we uncover intentions, motivation, values and ultimately goals in a compassionate and positive space.

3 months/13 weeks, includes:
6 sessions (to be completed within 13 weeks time. Extra week given in case life happens.)
1 - 60-minute onboarding/exploratory session
4-30 minute sessions. Typically meets every 2 weeks.
1 -30 minute celebration send off
1:1 virtual health coaching through Google Meets.
Follow up summaries after each session.
