Who: Competitive High School/Travel Softball Players

1.5 hour engaging workshop for competitive high school softball players, to build confidence around proper fueling for performance that aligns with their daily routine.

What to Expect

Led by 2x Div. 1 WCWS Champion, Michelle M. Gonzalez. A NBC-HWC, with a mission to empower female student athletes and women by supporting their ability to feel and perform at their best.

  • After sign up, we'll send you a welcome email. There is a form to fill out and if you are under 18, your parent/guardian must sign a consent form for your attendance.
