Good morning, Subscriber First Name,Whoa, it’s March and I can’t wait to spring my clock forward! Just thinking about the extra daylight gets me a little giddy. What will I do with it? As the daylight stretches, how might your daily rhythm adjust and what might you make more time for? I’m starting to believe March may matter more than January.January invites big, sweeping goals. It feels like the right time for a fresh start and sometimes those changes can feel rushed, unrealistic, or layered onto a life and current routine that wasn’t prepared to support them.March can be different.March can be about finding your new rhythm.By now, you’ve lived real life in 2026 and maybe quite a bit has happened. Schedules have become clearer and you can feel a natural rhythm to your days. This could be your opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign, not with pressure, but with self-compassion and resilience. Before moving into the next quarter, genuinely ask yourself:What am I most proud of?What challenged me?When did I feel energized and in flow? What drained me?What did I learn? What needs more space in this next season?
Finding your rhythm isn’t about starting over. It’s about adjusting with intention. If you’re craving clarity, steadiness, or a more sustainable way forward, this is exactly the work we do together. We slow down enough to understand what truly supports you. Your energy, your strength and your long-term health, building habits that fit your real life.If you're ready to step into Q2 with steadiness and momentum, I’d love to support you.

Do you know a student athlete, coach one or are a parent to one? I have a new workshop I’m just about ready to unveil for female student athletes, ages 16-22! In a recent survey I conducted in October of 2025, receiving over 100 responses, student athletes indicated the area of well-being they need the most support, is feeling energized on a daily basis. The most common challenges contributing to this were:Consistency with nutritionKnowing what to eatLimited time to prepare foodAccess to healthy options
This interactive and engaging 1 hour workshop will provide student athletes (ages 16-22) with clear, evidence-based nutrition basics to help them understand how to apply those fundamentals in real life, on game day, long training days and recovery days. The interactive workshop guides student athletes to:Understand what to eat to support energy, recovery, and performanceLearn how nutrition fits into busy schedules, limited resources, and campus or family environmentsMake informed choices that align with their unique needs and values
Please stay tuned as a date for the 1st virtual workshop is coming soon!
