Good morning, Subscriber First Name,Do you ever find yourself just in awe of nature? This past month I was reflecting on how I feel when I’m outside and realized that I’m really energized and have a sense of calm when I’m mindful of where I am.Whether it’s just around the neighborhood or a special trip somewhere. I love sunsets, the moon, the stars, clouds, the sounds of nature, the wind blowing through the trees, breathing deeply and doing my best to be present. This moment is so very different from being outside playing a sport or running or focusing on my fitness. This type of outdoors is noticing, being aware, and being in the present moment. I invite you to give it a go. No electronics, just being, listening, wandering & wondering. If you do take this mindful stroll, I’d love to share in your wonder, please tag me in your wellness walk on IG or Facebook at @mmghealthandwellness.The photo above is from a recent trip to the Grand Tetons, Jenny Lake Loop Trail.
